1. About us

Voice2Keep hires out an audio guestbook, the Memory Vault and Table Moments for events in South Africa. These terms apply to every booking.

2. Bookings and deposit

A R1,499 booking fee/deposit secures your date once we have received it and confirmed it with you. Your date is not held until then. We confirm the balance and payment details in your booking confirmation on WhatsApp.

3. Hire period

Hire is for the weekend of your event. Delivery and collection arrangements are agreed in your booking confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery and collection are free in Boksburg. Elsewhere in South Africa we use a courier, and we tell you the courier cost before you book.

5. Looking after the equipment

All equipment stays the property of Voice2Keep. You are responsible for it during the hire period. Please tell us straight away about any loss or damage. You may be asked to pay the repair or replacement cost for loss or damage beyond normal use.

6. Recordings and the Memory Vault

• We send you digital copies of the recordings after the event.
• The sound quality depends on the venue and how guests use the phone, and we cannot promise that every guest will leave a message.
• The Memory Vault depends on guests choosing to share, and on their phones and connection.
• Hosts are responsible for letting guests know that messages and uploads are collected for them.
• We may remove content that is unlawful or harmful.

7. Changes and cancellations

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Whether your deposit is refunded or moved to another date is set out in your booking confirmation.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, or for things outside our control such as power failures or venue restrictions.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
