Who we are

Voice2Keep is a memory experience business based in Boksburg, South Africa. Contact us at hello@voice2keep.co.za. We follow the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

• Details you send us when you enquire or book: your name, contact details, event date, occasion and venue, through WhatsApp or email.
• For booked events: the voice messages guests leave on the audio guestbook, and the photos and videos guests share through the Memory Vault.
• Anonymous visit statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, manage your booking, deliver the recordings and Memory Vault collection to you, and improve this website.

Who sees it

Recordings and Memory Vault files go to the hosts who booked us. We do not sell personal information. We use trusted services to run the business: WhatsApp, Dropbox (Memory Vault uploads), Yoco (payments), HostAfrica (website hosting) and Google (website fonts and, if you accept, analytics).

Guests at an event

Guests who leave a voice message or share a photo or video are doing so for the hosts. The hosts decide who hears or sees them once we hand them over.

How long we keep it

We keep recordings and Memory Vault files for a limited time after the event so we can deliver them and fix any problems, then delete them, as set out in your booking confirmation.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies unless you accept analytics cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
