Instead of writing in a book, guests pick up a vintage-style phone, hear your personalised greeting and say whatever they want. Advice, stories, jokes, well wishes.

Memory Vault

The photographer can't be everywhere. Guests scan one QR code and share the photos and videos they took, into a private collection that is yours to keep.
Table Moments
Compact, reusable table games and conversation cards for between meals, speeches and dancing. Included in the Memory Experience.

Questions
What is an audio guestbook?
A vintage-style phone. Guests pick up, hear your greeting and leave a voice message for you.
What does the R1,499 package include?
The phone, your personalised greeting, guests' voice messages, digital recordings sent to you after the event, and weekend hire.
What is the Memory Vault?
A private collection of the photos and videos your guests take. They scan one QR code and share. It is an R600 add-on, or included in the Memory Experience.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and choose what to share.
Can guests say whatever they want?
Yes. Prompt cards are optional.
What happens to our recordings?
We send you digital copies after the event.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery and collection are free in Boksburg. Elsewhere in Gauteng and the rest of South Africa we use a courier.
How early should we book?
As soon as you have your date. Weekends can fill up.
How does the deposit work?
A R1,499 booking fee/deposit secures your date, subject to the booking terms. We send the terms and payment details on WhatsApp.
